Selling Sunset has returned to Netflix for another season, which once again sees its realtors sell multi-million-dollar luxury properties while navigating their interpersonal drama.
Created by Adam DiVello, the reality show revolves around the real-world brokerage company The Oppenheim Group in L.A., which was started by twin brothers Jason and Brett Oppenheim.
In honor of Season 8 being released on September 6, Newsweek has taken a look into the main cast members' reported net worths—and some of them are in the millions.
Jason and Brett Oppenheim
The brothers are the two richest people on the show, which shouldn't come as a surprise considering Jason created The Oppenheim Group. He re-branded The Stern Realty Co., a company founded by his great-great-grandfather in the 19th century, and Brett later joined the business so they could grow it together.
However, Brett eventually left The Oppenheim Group to start his own brokerage, Oppenheim Real Estate. Brett is listed as the president and broker of the company and Jason is listed as the founder and president of The Oppenheim Group.
It's been reported by Celebrity Net Worth that Jason has a net worth of approximately $50 million. While Brett isn't currently featured on the website, according to Women's Health, it previously stated that he also had a net worth of $50 million.

Chrishell Stause
Before Stause joined Selling Sunset, she was an actor with recurring roles on soap operas Days of Our Lives and The Young and the Restless. She has also appeared in films such as Scaring the Fish, The Crimson Mask and Staged Killer.
Since the success of the reality show, she's competed on Dancing with the Stars in 2020, finishing in eighth place. In 2022, she published the book Under Construction: Because Living My Best Life Took a Little Work.
According to House Beautiful, Stause paid $3.3 million for a home in the Hollywood Hills in June 2021 and per Celebrity Net Worth, she has a net worth of $6 million.

Mary Bonnet
Mary Bonnet née Fitzgerald is the vice president of The Oppenheim Group and is one of the most successful realtors on the reality show. She has 15 years of real estate experience and, according to the brokerage's website, has accrued over $105 million in sales.
While starring in Selling Sunset, Bonnet works closely with Jason to add "considerable value to the firm's real estate transactions." She also has her own business reselling properties with her husband Romain Bonnett.
According to multiple publications, including Just Jared and Cosmopolitan, her net worth is $1 million.

Amanza Smith
Before joining the Netflix reality series as a licensed real estate agent in Season 2, Amanza Smith was a model and an interior designer. Despite being relatively new to the world of real estate, her background as an interior designer helped her advance in her current position.
"A lot of people think that they have to achieve their dream level of success by the time they reach a certain age. They feel like they have to settle in this position in their lives. I want to say to everyone that you can keep going. There is no age limit," she said in an interview with Her World.
"Don't give up just because you think you are reaching your peak or that you have an expiration date because you don't. A lot of the most successful women in the world have just started in their late 30s and 40s and they have a whole lot of life still to live. Just keep going no matter how old you think you are."
According to Prestige Online, her net worth is $1 million.

Chelsea Lazkani
Chelsea Lazkani is a British-Nigerian realtor from a real estate family, with her father being London-based architect and property developer Segun Adefioye, while her mother Elizabeth Adefioye holds an executive title at engineering company Emerson.
She completed a BA in economics at the University of Buckingham, followed by a master's degree in oil and gas economics from the University of Dundee before moving into real estate.
According to The Oppenheim Group, her first-year sales totaled over $10 million. Before joining Selling Sunset, Lazkani worked at Rodeo Reality, another real estate firm with ties to reality TV as it has been featured in Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles.
While Lazkani's net worth isn't listed on Celebrity Net Worth, according to Prestige Online, it is estimated at $500,000.

Emma Hernan
Emma Hernan joined Selling Sunset in Season 4 and while she does well for herself on the show, the commission she earns from properties she sells is not her only source of income.
Her plant-based frozen food company Emma Leigh & Co.—which sells vegan empanadas—has been the main source of her wealth. Her Instagram account and various modeling jobs are two extra sources of revenue as well.
Hernan stated in a 2021 interview with People magazine that she "started investing in stocks at a really young age."
"With any successful run in the stock market, you tend to kind of fall into real estate," she said. "I bought my first property with [boss] Jason [Oppenheim] and that's how I transitioned into real estate."

Bre Tiesi
Tise worked at Keller Williams Beverly Hills, another real estate company with several well-known customers, before joining The Oppenheim Group. In 2023, the former model told People that she turned to real estate in hopes of building a more stable career.
"As amazing as modeling was as an industry for me, I was just kind of over it. You know, I'm 31 now. So I'm like, it's time to be a big girl!" she said.
Estimations of Tiesi's net worth span from $300,000 to $6 million.
